CAMAD 2024
The ENVELOPE Project will play a prominent role at the upcoming “Empowering 6G Networks: First Workshop on Advancements in Research Infrastructures, Adaptive Frameworks, and Global Architectural Evolution (Athena 2024).” This IEEE International Workshop, part of the IEEE CAMAD 2024, will be held in Athens, Greece, from 21 to 23 October 2024.
The workshop, chaired by Dr. Harilaos Koumaras of NCSR Demokritos, focuses on exploring the vast potential of 6G technology and its impact on future communication networks. It aims to serve as a platform for innovative ideas, research findings, and discussions that will shape the trajectory of 6G development. Topics will cover advanced 6G network infrastructure, adaptive frameworks, AI integration, security, quantum communications, and more.
ENVELOPE will contribute to the discussions by showcasing its cutting-edge research and development in digital twins for connected, cooperative, and automated mobility (CCAM). This presentation will highlight how ENVELOPE’s advancements are crucial for the transition towards 6G, emphasizing the project’s work in creating flexible and scalable network architectures that support CCAM applications.
